Can you resend the invitation to publish open access?

For Hybrid journals:

1. When accessing the Sage Journals: Licensing & Payment portal, authors will see an option to select open access if the journal offers Sage Choice for open access publishing. This option appears as a banner at the top of the page. Authors must select either Yes or No for open access publishing to proceed further.

2. Once an exclusive license has been signed, authors will be unable to go back and change their choice to an open access option. If you wish to choose open access after signing exclusive license, please can contact [email protected] to request reactivation of your open access offer. Please include the following details in the request:

   • Journal Title

   • Manuscript ID/ DOI

   • Reason for reactivation request

3. The team will review your request and determine whether the open access offer can be reactivated.
