Can you resend the invitation to publish open access?

Your open access offer may expire or the article may be withdrawn if you are unable to take action in Sage Journals: Licensing & Payment. In such cases, you can request to have the open access offer reactivated.

Can you resend the invitation to publish Open Access? 

For Hybrid journals:

1. Once the open access offer for an article is created, the author is given a 14-day time frame to sign the license for the article in the Sage Journals: Licensing & Payment portal. If no action is taken by the author within this period, the offer will expire.

2. If the offer expires, please contact [email protected] and request reactivation of your offer. Please include the following details:

   • Title

   • DOI

3. The team will review your request and inform you whether the open access offer for the article can be reactivated.
